1. Initial Login
Once your Ninja Packs on hands, the first step will be to login to Ninja Dashboard to create your order.

2. Create a ninja pack order.
In this video, you will be guided through the process on creating a Ninja Pack order. Each Ninja Pack has a sticker pasted on it which includes the Ninja Pack tracking ID with the prefix ‘NINSGLG’ and a QR code. Need more help on creating orders? 3. Track your parcel effortlessly.
With Ninja Van’s proprietary real-time tracking technology, know where your parcel is, anytime, anywhere! Never lose a parcel again! Just visit our tracking page, type in
parcel tracking ID and find out where your parcel is.
4. Check your order history efficiently.
You will be able to track the orders you've sent out under 'Order History' in Dashboard.
5. Generate reports to keep track of your orders.
Your Ninja Packs order history is recorded in the dashboard for up to 365 days prior to the current date. You can download the information under ‘Reports’ in the dashboard.
6. Customise and manage your dashboard account.
Make administrative and interface customisation to manage your dashboard account.
Please note that delivery with Ninja Packs and other Ninja Van delivery services is not available for a list of prohibited
items. Additionally, Ninja Van will only be able to deliver within designated serviceable areas. To be eligible for delivery, your parcel(s) must strictly
follow our packaging guidelines.

our Ninja Packs Terms and Conditions,
Ninja Van’s liability for any loss or damage to delivery items using Ninja Packs shall be limited to SGD 50, inclusive of the cost of the polymailer. Claims are to be submitted to Ninja Van within 30 days of order creation, or 1 week from
successful delivery order. Any claims received after this period will not be recognized.
